Important Notes

MONOLEAF APPLICATION ONLY: Specifically engineered for 2019–2026 Silverado/Sierra 1500 trucks equipped with the factory single composite rear spring.
Does not fit Adaptive Ride Control suspension.
Requires 18" wheels or larger.
When running 18" wheels, turning radius will be reduced. Using 20" wheels or larger can improve the available turning radius.
17" wheels are not compatible, including factory or aftermarket 17" spare tires.
The kit includes two 221903 front struts and two 2000LL-4 rear shocks. When ordering replacement shock components separately, MaxTrac sells them individually, so quantity two is required for each applicable part number.
MaxTrac does not recommend wheels wider than 9" or wheels with less than 4.5" backspacing. Using wheels outside these specifications will void applicable manufacturer warranties.
Verify the factory rear spring configuration and wheel clearance before ordering.
