Important Notes

MONOLEAF APPLICATION ONLY: Specifically designed for 2019–2026 Silverado/Sierra 1500 trucks with the factory single composite rear spring.
Does not fit Adaptive Ride Control suspension.
Requires 18" wheels or larger.
When using 18" wheels, some turning radius will be lost. Using 20" wheels or larger can improve available turning radius.
17" wheels are not compatible, including factory or aftermarket 17" spare tires.
The kit includes two 221903 front shocks and two 2000LL-4 rear shocks. If purchasing replacement shocks separately, order quantity two of each required part number because MaxTrac shocks are sold individually.
MaxTrac does not recommend wheels wider than 9" or wheels with less than 4.5" backspacing. Using wheels outside these specifications will void applicable manufacturer warranties.
Verify rear spring configuration and wheel clearance before ordering.
