Give your 2019–2024 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7L V8 Gas 2WD Classic (5-Lug) a bold stance and enhanced off-road capability with the MaxTrac K882471 7"/4.5" MaxPro Lift Kit. Built from heavy-duty ductile iron spindles with an e-coated finish for long-lasting corrosion resistance, this complete lift kit delivers strength, durability, and a smooth ride.

The kit includes 5.7L HEMI-specific front lift coils for a precise fit, rear lift coils with spacers, and all necessary hardware for a true 7" front / 4.5" rear lift. DOT-approved extended brake lines, sway bar and track bar brackets, plus MaxTrac’s twin-tube gas shocks ensure optimal handling and ride comfort. This lift clears up to 37"x12.50" tires on 8"-9" wheels while allowing use of factory rims.
