airmaxxx X-Series Chrome 1/2" NPT Fast Dual Air Valve for Air Ride Suspension
Upgrade your air ride suspension with the airmaxxx X-Series Chrome 1/2" NPT Fast Dual Air Valve. Designed for high airflow and fast air bag inflation and deflation, this assembly combines fill and exhaust control in one compact unit to simplify your air management plumbing.
Chrome solenoid covers and chrome wire-exit housings give your installation a clean, matching appearance. Each dual valve assembly controls one air bag or one shared air circuit, depending on how your system is plumbed.
Mount the valve directly on your air tank, or for faster response, mount it as close as possible to the air bag. The integrated gauge port lets you connect an air pressure gauge or digital sending unit for pressure monitoring.
Key Features
- High-Flow 1/2" NPT Ports: Large air supply and air bag connections support fast lifting and lowering.
- Dual Valve Assembly: Combines fill and exhaust functions to reduce the need for separate valve plumbing and extra fittings.
- Chrome Finish: Chrome solenoid covers and wire-exit housings complement chrome compressors and polished air tanks.
- Flexible Mounting: Mount directly on the tank or close to the air bag to suit your installation.
- Integrated Gauge Port: A 1/8" NPT connection accepts a pressure gauge or digital sending unit.
- Threaded Exhaust Port: A 3/8" exhaust connection releases air during lowering.
- Blue and Black Wire Leads: Connect the solenoids to a compatible air ride controller.
Air Valve Port Specifications
- Tank / Air Supply: 1/2" NPT — air supply from the tank.
- Air Bag: 1/2" NPT — output to the air bag.
- Gauge: 1/8" NPT — connection for a pressure gauge or digital sending unit.
- Exhaust: 3/8" threaded — air exhaust during deflation.
Build Your Air Ride Valve Setup
Use one assembly for a single air bag or shared zone, two assemblies for a front-and-rear setup, or four assemblies for independent control of all four air bags. Individual control requires a compatible controller and separate plumbing to each air bag.
